Founded by Sue Gratton, a passionate and forward-thinking director with a love for design, storytelling and sustainability, Circa brings a level of curation and care to real estate that’s rare in the industry. Sue is a long-time client of First Sense, having worked with us since 2020, seeing us not just as a strategic partner and Brand Manager, but as an integral member of her team. THE BRIEF From the beginning, Circa needed a brand presence that could match the calibre of the properties it represents — while also communicating its unique values: elegance, environmental consciousness, and emotional connection to place. The brand had to appeal to an audience who values character and legacy — buyers who don’t just purchase homes, but invest in a lifestyle. Over time, our role evolved beyond content and collateral creation into a more holistic brand management and strategic support role, guiding Circa through its continued evolution and growth. THE PROCESS Our partnership with Circa has spanned years of close collaboration, with Sue entrusting us to lead the brand’s ongoing visual presence. We plan and deliver social content, marketing assets, and manage ad campaigns — ensuring every output feels cohesive, elevated and aligned with Circa’s ethos. At the heart of Circa’s brand is storytelling — a deeply considered approach to marketing that goes beyond listing features to evoke the emotion and essence of each property. In 2024, we undertook a visual identity realignment — refining the brand’s aesthetic to better reflect its maturing position in the market.
