INDUSTRY Professional Services SCOPE OF WORK Brand Strategy Visual Identity Creation Website Design + Development (Wix) Branded Collateral Design THE CLIENT Sasha Robinson is a high-end executive virtual assistant whose experience spans over a decade working with some of the world’s most recognisable and prestigious brands — including Hublot, Louis Vuitton, BMW, Ferrari, Qantas, and Commonwealth Bank. Known for her calm authority, refined eye, and unmatched discretion, she supports high-net-worth individuals, senior executives and public figures — offering more than just assistance, but deeply strategic partnership. She's the quiet force behind the scenes, bringing clarity, polish, and ease to the lives of those she supports. THE BRIEF Sasha came to First Sense ready to evolve. Her business had outgrown its former name and look, and it was time for her brand to reflect the elevated, intuitive service she provides as a highly sought-after executive VA. She wanted a brand identity that felt polished, professional, and quietly confident — one that would resonate with her high-level clientele while still feeling approachable. THE PROCESS We began with brand strategy, using the First Sense workbook to articulate Sasha’s values, tone of voice, and her unique offer in a saturated market. From there, we agreed on the new business name and crafted a visual identity that conveyed trust, discretion, and efficiency — underpinned by a refined palette, sophisticated typography, and a clean, spacious layout system. Every decision was guided by clarity and intention. The rollout included a full Wix website build, stationery, and a refreshed pitch deck, ensuring consistency across every client touchpoint. THE OUTCOME The rebrand has given Sasha the confidence to step into this next chapter with conviction. She now has a digital presence and brand suite that align with the calibre of service she delivers — helping her attract the right clients, position her offer more effectively, and communicate with clarity, polish, and ease.
